In current society,the network deepens the life in the campus and becomes important channels that university students propagate information and obtain knowledge day by day.It has exerted a far-reaching influence on the study,life and even concept of university students,and it is changing university students' concept and life style.But network moral declines day by day,especially among university students,so network moral needs to come into university life in order to guide university students to establish healthy network psychology,arm themselves with the most scientific thoughts,resist all sorts of enticement on the network,make university students grow up healthy and sound.
