The password technology has brought the more and more big effect into play in the process of society economic growth in the nowadays.With the fact that the computer network going a step further popularizing and developing,people's life will be dependent on digitized IT more,the safety being dependent on Yu Wei Qi provides the cryptology that the basis ensures.But in password technology development course,various mathematics implement effect does not admit look at younger than.Number theory coresidual theory is hit by large amount of artifice especially,can be used needing to design that a good password algorithm is especially difficult.This paper presents the encryption algorithm based on the Chinese surplus theorem,and examples are given to show its rationality and practicability.
