Encoding and decoding technology is important measure in the modern digital communication.In the field of digital communication,coding can improve the transmission efficiency effectively,expanding the amount of data transmission.This paper describes a codec technology,multiplexing signals for voice,data and other FPGA-based implementations of the encoding/decoding method and a detailed description of the design process.
