The Basic Concepts and Existence of Birth and Death Process in Random Environment

We introduce the concepts of random transition matrix, random density matrix and Markov process in random environment, especially, random birth and death q \|matrix and birth and death process in random environment in this paper. Finally, we prove the existence of birth and death process in random environment.
