Analysis of Two Classic Clustering Algorithms

Clustering is the unsupervised classification.It is applied broadly and can be used independently in exploratory data analysis.Also,it is useful as one of the steps of other algorithms.However,clustering is a difficult and combinatorial problem,and different request in different communities has made the transfer of useful generic concepts and methodologies slow to occur.In this paper,the methods and steps of clustering are presented,and two classical algorithms are analysed and compared.Finally,some improved methods are mentioned.
