The current All-purpose Card billing system,mostly based on the original bar code card billing system,with poor accuracy and bad performance,and other issues,because of the particularity of the All-purpose Card chargeback model.Modern Education Technology Center of Yunnan University analyzed and designed a new public computer lab management system based on the pre-pays billing model,and solved the original problem.
