It is illuminates that the new network management system's characteristics should be distributed, compatible and extensible by analyzing the flaw of the existing centralized network management system, such as architecture, management model. And then,it declares a new system by using the technologies of J2EE,which includes data layer, display layer and functional management imple-menting layer.Functional management implementing layer is mainly constructed based on EJB,has the distributed componential structure and supports client side technology based on web,to solve the question.
