For current petroleum company it needs large amount of construction design approval documents,but It exists phenomenon that approval is not in time and efficiency is not high.Throught understanding GSM module and the principle of mail development and according to domestic and abroad remote examination system.Develop remote examination system of petroleum company construction design,This system greatly improves efficiency in designing,examing the file and construction,it plays an important role in accelerating the informatization construction in the oil field.
