Design and manufacture of woven wilton carpets

The structure of woven double layer Wilton carpet is tight and produced with higher efficiency.In this paper are introduced its patterns,colour match and art designing.By using Persian fabric styles and by use of polyester and cotton blended yarn as relaxed and elastic warp yarn and flax as weft yarn and cashmere as pile yarn,it is woven in double-layer structure of appropriate density,then glued,and after finished the flat carpet and edges.Practice proves that the above process design of this art product is reasonable and ideal.
