Practice and Thinking about Party Building of University under the Network-based environment

In the Network-based information age,the popularity of the internet has put new questions before the university party building,and at the same time,it makes possible for creating a new platform of party building.Therefore,how to make full use of the internet in the work of the university party building becomes the focus of all the work.This paper discusses the practice of the university party building under the network-based environment and makes some suggestions on how to carry forwards and perfect the new carrier of the university party building under cyber circumstances.
