Towards the Framework and Construction of Food Logistics Security and Safety for the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games

Food logistics is an important approach for guaranteeing food security and safety.Currently,many problems exist in the Guangzhou food logistics security and safety field.The problems include the ignoring of the logistics process control, lack of laws and regulations,faulty standards,and difficulty in organizing combined supervision.By analyzing the status quo of the Guangzhou food logistics security and safety field,and using the experience in many large-scale international and national sports events,this paper aims to develop a framework of food logistics security and safety for the 2010 Guangzhou Asian games.
