Aiming at characteristics of the oil transportation pipeline project,such as large project quantity and long construction time and disturbances ground area,it discusses on importance and measures of the hydraulic protection in the Yulin-Puyang-Ji'nan oil transportation pipeline project,so as to economical and effective control and decrease soil and water losses,protect ecological environment alone line,and ensure safety operation of main project.
