On the Cardinal Principles of China's Genetic Technology Law

China's technology law should establish principles of the following: venture precaution, admittance for studying and developing genetic technology, moderate intervention on mercantile dealing of genetic technology from the government, protection on legal rights of the gene owners' as well as the dominators', international cooperation on developing of genetic technology.
