Research on Sudden Event Information Extraction of Tracking Reports Based on Rules

Various sudden events frequently occurred in recent years,enormously influced people's life,therefore,people to disasters is also more and more high degree of concern.Based on the three kinds of catastrophic track events as the research object,analyzing the gender characteristics of text such as continuity and perspectives between the related reported events,This paper introduces the rules matching method for information extraction of sudden tracking events,the experimental results show that the proposed information extraction method has relative higher accuracy.
