Virtual testing technology and its application in qualification of electronic product were introduced.The background and advantage of virtual testing technology were discussed.The procedure of virtual testing and qualification of electronic product and the related critical technology were summarized with emphasis.It was put forward that virtual testing technology has broad application prospect in qualification of electronic product.
