This article illustrates the goal,theory and functional module of Web mining on the basic of analysing the theory of traditional data mining system and its shortcoming on Web ming.According to the features of Web data that have a very big volume and are distributed,based on good traits of multi-agent,it is put forward a distributing Web mining system based on multi-agent.
