Discussion on the Nature of Copyright about the Rights of Technological Measures

Technological measures is different with the rights of technological measures. The former as the technology,while the latter is a legal right due to finishing works or productions. This paper demonstrates the nature of copyright about the rights of technological measures from three different Angles of copy,access and indirect protect. At the same time,we summarize as three helpfor the rights of technological measures are attributed to the nature of the copyright. It is beneficial to correct the view of the rights of technological measures only restrict the right of consumers using,to recognize the homogeneity of the right of technological measure exceptions and copyright restrictions,to straighten out the logical relationship of the right of technological measures in copyright legislation.
