Registration is an important link in Doctoral student enrollment system.First the necessity of constructing registration system of Doctor are elaborated according to the feature of registration work for Doctor,then this paper concludes the functional requirement and non-functional requirement of registration system of Doctor,finally,the paper discusses the main design method to improving data acquisition efficiency of the design of registration system for Doctor Based on Web technology.
