In the mobile value-added service field with keen competition,a set of stable and effective business operates system is indis-pensable for the business providers to dominate the market fast.According to the characteristic of the message gateway interface agree-ment used by every large domestictelecommunication operator,a set of message value-added service system models are designed,which support different message gateway interface agreement.The systematic framework and superiority of this model are also analyzed.
