Based on GIM and EMDR,the MEDR,an internationally-recognized,is a kind of new technology for muse therapy developed by Gao Tian,a professor of the Central Conservatory of Music.Using a special function of on people's emotion and imagery,through some specific techniques such as music to relax,imagine a positive resource,music desensitization reprocessing,and peak experience,MEDR treat the psychological trauma with music.It is suitable for psychological trauma,phobia,depression,and other psychological problems.Research on MEDR for the treatment effect of the dreams of fear.Applied case study,this research item is to record the whole treatment and to write down word by word according to the recording,then analyzed them.The value of SUD(Subjective discomfort) is from highest 10 to 1 as lowest,and VOC is from the lowest 1 to 7 as the highest.The image is from the terrorist to safe,and experience from helpless change to feel at easy.Through the case,it proved that the technology of MEDR can treatment the dream fear effectively.
