Analysis and Application of OWL Ontology Storage

Ontology is an explicit specification of a conceptualization.The rational storage of ontology is the premise of the shareable use of ontology,the formal definitions of OWL ontology and relational database(RDB)schema were given.Based on ananalysis of the conceptual correspondence between OWL ontology and RDB schema the rules for conversion from all OWL ontology to an RDB schema were presented,By analyzing existing ontology storage schemas,the principle of designing ontology storage schema is given,Lastly an example of animal ontology storage has indicated that the storage method is simple.The query test has proved that the retrieval efficient has increased.
