The distortion observation has the important meaning to the building and the hole excavated for building foundation safe construction.This article unified the project example to building's distortion observation plan,the observational network technical design,the observation cycle and so on has carried on the detailed analysis.Proposed take distorts the survey standard and the engineering survey standard as the basis distortion survey implementation step.
