As one particular crowd of leaders,the exertion and result of youth leadership has been paid more and more attention to.In order to realize innovation and development of youth leadership and increasing the height of the Party’s ruling ability,we must train the their modern way of thinking,strengthen their courage of the reform and development,improve their capacity of governing and decision-making,foster their sense of awe and urgency,improve their strategic leadership.The youth leadership development is a long-term systematical engineering,the organization value is the prerequisite,scientific training plan is the key,raising training efforts is the security and value-oriented education is the motion.
