Methods on License Character Recognition based on Rough Sets

Using methods of Rough Sets to recognize the license character, after the necessary pre-processing of license image, we divided each character as a 1 6 ×16 matrix, which matrix is the condition attributes of decision table. Using genetic algorithms to extract rough sets rules, the result of experiment shows t hat it has a good affection.
