Systemic analysis and indemnification to prevention and control of electronic rubbish disaster

The severity of electronic rubbish disaster in China and the problem existing in its management were analyzed. It was demonstrated that prevention and control of the electronic rabbish disaster were systemic problem,should take view of scientific and sustainable development,carry out cyclic economic principle,utilize support of advanced technology and management and get relative indemnification. How to ensure implementation of prevention and control of electronic rubbish disaster in respect of adminislration,economy,science and education,and law were explained.
