Real-time Realization Scheme for Telecom CIS Alarming 3-Field Information

A realization scheme is proposed for several special service phone number alarming control centers to obtain the caller ID information accurately and in time, complying with the regulation of the Ministry of Information Industry that the information cannot be copied locally or online, and 3-field information should be sent while alarming. After the systematic testing, this scheme has achieved very good effects in actual application environments and has broad prospects.
