This paper gives an introduction to the industrial control configuration software WinCC and the communications between WinCC and S7-300 PLC,analyses a method of how to use the control system which composed of WinCC and S7-300 PLC in the switch apparatus test,and simply discusses the PLC's program composition of switch apparatus make-break capacity trial.
