Investigation of distributed software framework based on.NET and its application

Aimed at current situation of personnel management of organizational department in Gansu Provincial Party Committee,the distributed software architecture and the implemental mechanism were analyzed on the basis of.NET technology.A feasible remodelling method was put forward and a personnel management information system was designed on the basis of MS.NET.The correlative technologies and function modules used for the remodelling were described,also.The system would improve the efficiency of personnel management greatly and make the job of cadre information managing more standardized and scientific.
