In this paper, the scheme of constructing post Customer Care Center in the field of province is discussed. An intelligent multimedia customer care center system based on IN and CTI technologies is presented. Moreover it's features about architecture,interworking,long-distance access,service,interface,security tactic are analyzed in detail.
