The Design of Efficient Logging Tool with Massive Data in the Data Base System

In order to put in a great number of initial data into the information system efficiently and accurately, the design of efficient logging tool with massive data, which is based on the Excel secondary development and uses both the template of Excel and VBA programming technology is being used. Further, the final strategy utilizes this very tool to separate a large number of logging works with initial data into different working groups. It has plenty of advantages such as low cost of development, friendly interface of inputting tool, flexible operations and powerful functions. Also it can both achieve the verification and merging of logging data, which suits most familiar habits of data entry clerk at present. As a result it has efficiently overcome the problems below: the blend between mouse and keyboard in the previous logging system, incontrollable focus according to users' habits, the delay of uploading data under the network environment and obviously the slow speed when facing oversized data. Finally, take The data logging system of children's compulsory education for instance, this article illustrates functions, key technologies and application practice of efficient logging tool with massive data.
