Research on The Axial Direction Distribution Regularities of Emerging Object with Axial Flow Threshing Installation

In order to investigate the distribution regularities of axial direction of emerging object, experimental research of paddy threshing and separation used axial flow threshing and separation installation designed by ourselves of screw vane with shutter tooth was carried on. The experimental results showed: the axial direction distribution regularities of emerging object was influenced obviously by kernel distribution; the regularity of kernel distribution curve was obvious; the distributions were similar at different feeding amount;the peak value of curve increased with the feeding amount increasing. The research provided basic theories for further search and the axial flow technology was expected could be applied to experience.
