The problem of repeated design and development in information input forms has limited the efficiency and qualities of enterprise management system developments. This paper sets up a holistic description by dividing the forms into four objects including Template,Sheet,Grid and Column.Sheet is the instantiation of Template,Template includes Grids and Grid includes Column. For the four objects, the paper designs the structure of general database, descripts the composing relationship between four objects, and establishes spaces to store operation information. At last,it implements an object-oriented class library;developer can avoid to design the database again by using the class library.
