Contribution of Reviewing Editor of Sci-Tech Periodicals on Information Transmission

The responsibility and function of reviewing editor in information transmission are analyzed from view points of reader demand,social responsibility of sci-tech periodicals and information transmitting effect.Refering to the practical experience,the way to well realize the social responsibility of a reviewing editor is detailed,including continuously improving self-quality,making effort to track industry development trend,enhancing appreciation ability of papers,guaranteeing the papers'quality.
