With the growing popularity of mobile communication,users require service quality and performance increasingly.Voice service which as the users basic business is the most important aspect of the evaluation of user-perceived quality.How to objective assessment of voice quality,find the causes of the problems efficiently in the existing voice services network,position mobile communication network maintenance,now facing new challenges.Content of this study is to analyze the existing network of voice media stream,to assess the quality of the user's call,the cause of the fault and the point positioning voice degradation,and media flow analysis can be combined with the needs of practical work,to provide voice quality core network,wireless network support services,research network transformation to solve the new program namely.
