Digital Watermark Scheme Based on Resolution and Matrix Decomposition

The paper proposes a watermark scheme based on resolution and matrix decomposition.Experimental results show that the watermark scheme is robust to filtering,compression and noise adding,and also withstands cropping and geometric distortion.
