Discussion on Risk Control of Paper-based Books Purchase Contract in University Libraries

According to the regulations of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China,this paper has aimed at the various risk for university library and supplier signing the purchasing contract,and concretely analyses the problem that should pay attention to in signing contract,and how to adopt countermeasures to the hilt,reducing unnecessary contract risk,so that ensures the school and library self's lawful rights and interests.
