Encrypting File System and Data Resuming

Use Windows 2000/ XP attached encryption file system (EFS) to encrypt and keep one's own important data,which is a kind of effective method of protection data security adopted extensively by Windows users.The paper introduces the principle of EFS and compares with encrypting of EFS and other encryption software's characteristic.Moreover,it also introduces the use of EFS encrypting and the data resuming in Windows 2000/XP professional edition.
