On the Reform of Criminal Retrial System

There isa huge gap between the grand ideal of system design and the judicial reality in the criminal retrialsystem. The less scientific idea of retrial and the concrete procedure in practice make the retrial extended and the lastinstance endless. Asaresult, the judicialjudgement turnsout not tobe authoritive. Two aspectsof workwill helpthereformation and perfection of theretrial procedure: the idea re-defining and the system re-setting.
