In this paper,we introduced the background of the development of the highly efficient logistics mode rail-water intermodal transportation,pointed out the necessity for the development of the rail-water intermodal transportation e-commerce subplatform,proposed the systematic programming of the platform and at the end summarized the plan for its design.
