Realization of Semantic-based Video Retrieval System for News

The administrative levels semantic-model of news video is analyzed. The framework of semantic-based video retrieval system for news is put forward. Then,the subsystem of semantic analysis and distilling for news video are expounded and the semantic lexicon issue in the query subsystem is also expounded. At last,the news video retrieval based on semantic model is realized.
