Value Estimation of Protected Targets in City Air Defense Based on AHP and Grey Cluster Methods

To estimate the value of the protected target by using of analytic hierarchy process and grey cluster method, the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to make a sequence of the targets in the following steps, i.e., construction of hierarchy structure model of value of targets, and determination of value estimation data weight and weight of plan layer towards reference layer. The grey cluster method is adopted to classify the importance of the targets by way of definition of cluster white value, determination of white function of grey cluster, marking cluster weight and cluster coefficient, construction of cluster row vector and completion of cluster.
