On the Construction of College Campus Network Culture

With the growing popularity of university campus network,network has become the important way to access to information,knowledge,learning communication for teachers and students.Network culture is one of the important parts of campus culture,which has great positive function in promoting educational reform,fulfilling the spiritual cultural life of the teachers and students.However,network has two sides.All kinds of harmful information spread around the network,which brings incalculable negative impact.Therefore,we should strengthen network management and construct healthy campus network culture.
