This paper expounds the connotations,characteristics and types of CD attached with books,introduces the development situation of and some malpractices existing in the management of CD attached with books in Nanhai Campus library of South China Normal University,and probes into how to optimize the management of CD attached with books in small and medium-sized university libraries.
