The Basic Paths of Dialogue of Science Technology and Law

With the course of modernity unfolding, science technology and law, in the way of mutual understanding, of mutual impact and of mutual interaction, go through a dialectical development process. The basic paths of their dialogue are as follows:Firstly, science and technology influence law, their progress leading to the birth and improvement of law of science and technology.Science and technology, in returen, challenge law. Secondly, law participates in and adjusts scientific and technological activities,involving mainly the protection, encouragement, restraints and standardezation of the latter by law. Thirdly, science technology and law actually interact in the course of judicature.
