Development of Fuzzy Neural Network in Application of Hydrology and Water Resources

The paper introduces Fuzzy Neural Network,which combines the rational ability of Fuzzy logic with the self-educated ability of Neural Network,and possesses the great expressive power of structural knowledge and the power adjusting own parameter and the better predictive effect.Simultaneously on the premise of introducing its structure and characteristics,the article mainly introduces the study actuality of Fuzzy Neural Network in the hydrology and water resource,and puts forward some problem of its theory and application.
