Cycle Bases Structure and Properties of Wheel-like Graphs

In this paper,the cycle base structures of wheellike graphs on the plane were investigated.It is proved that there exists a series of the properties of the cycle base of wheel-like graphs.It provides a way to enumerate the cycle base on the plane and generalizes the results of Josef Leydold and Peter F.Stadler.
