With the development of information and management technology,more and more existing system and data need to be integrated to new applications.This Paper analyzes the method of heterogeneous data integration and the advantage of XML in data representation.Then a model of XML-based heterogeneous data integration is introduced,system architecture and implementation techniques are discussed in detail.
