With the development of technology and social economy,enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.Information becomes an important resource.So many enterprises begin their information modernization construction.Small and medium-sized enterprises,as the main body of Chinese enterprises,undoubtedly have obvious disadvantages in capital,technology,human resources and so on.The appearance of ASP provides a good method to the information modernization of small and medium-sized enterprises.The author begins from the current condition of the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises,according to their demands,builds up a ASP-based information modernization platform,and aims to supply a new way to the small and medium-sized enterprises.
