Faced with diversified customs' preference and the uncertain market demand,the supply chain enterprises have to attach importance to the positive effect on the daily work of knowledge management and value the significance of flexible management in the tide of knowledge economy.Besides, they should encourage their staff to make knowledge innovation,use scientific ways to make a reasonable prediction to the external environment and then draw up exact plans and decisions to response market challenges supply chain faced with quickly which based on the gradually improved knowledge management system.
