On Fictitious Property and Its Legal Control

Fictitious property of cyber games is created by the service contract between cyber game players and network operators.Therefore,fictitious property has creditor's rights attribute and real right characteristic as well.Relative cases already appeared in judicial practice,while legislation falls behind the reality.Legislation in the civil and criminal fields should be strengthened to protect the benefit of the players and operators and we should build healthy order of cyberspace.
